Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many units are you able to clean in one day?

An average of 8- 10 units can be easily added to our schedule per day. Please note that the number of units we can clean in one day can vary depending on several factors, including the size and condition of the units, the extent of the cleaning required, and the specific services requested by the clients. Our team of 25 technicians can easily clean and prepare approximately 25 to 30 units in a single day, assuming they are standard-sized units and don't require extensive cleaning or additional specialized services.

  • Do you carry general Liability and Workman's Comp. Insurance?

Yes, as a professional move out cleaning company, we prioritize the safety and protection of both our clients and our staff. We carry both General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance to ensure that we are adequately covered in the event of any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the cleaning process.

  • Do I need to be present during the move-out cleaning?

It's not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning. You can provide us with access to the property, and we'll take care of the cleaning. We can coordinate and communicate with you regarding any specific instructions or concerns.

  • Are you able to accommodate last minute cleanings?

Yes, we understand that move-out situations can sometimes arise unexpectedly or require urgent attention. We strive to accommodate last-minute cleaning requests whenever possible, depending on our team's availability and scheduling.

  • Do you require electricity and water to be on in the units?

In some cases, we can clean without utilities. However, to guarantee your satisfaction, we typically require electricity and water to be turned on in the units during the cleaning process. Having access to electricity and water is essential to ensure an effective and thorough cleaning job.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we come fully prepared with our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to worry about providing anything for the cleaning process.
